The Forum while expressing the great concern over ignoring the displaced persons of 1947 Migrants because the said DPS are also falls in same category their alloted land at Jammu province under SRO 254/C and 578/C are not vacated by unauthorised tenants/cultivators that union Govt. through MHA order on domicile law amended some it's clauses of earlier laws of Immovable property act 1997 sub section 2 of section 6 of earlier act pass by J&K legislature which empowered the competent authorities to initiate SUO Moto action on the basis of complaints The Forum urge upon the MHA of union Govt. to kindly include the 1947 Migrants under the pattern of Kashmiri Migrants law and a separate notification may be issued in this regard No.2 Further according to Domicile Law finalization for purpose of recruitment leaving only 4th Level category for unemployed youths for UT and rest open for other states youths like all Gazetted posts No doubt we whole heartedly welcome the land mark decision of Modi Govt in Scraping Art 370 but due to failure and wrong policies of previous Govt.maximum number of unemployed youths are enBloc in State untill and unless 5ys tenure be excused for exclusive un employed youths to reduce their large strengths of all categorise keeping in view the urgency of the UT.
