Jammu, Apr 4: In a tragic accident, a truck driver was injured after he meet with an accident at Sharbibi Banihal.
As per the details available with Early Times, truck bearing registration No. JKO2BT-9649 driven by its driver namely Rakesh Kumar S/O Suraj Parkash R/O Domail Udhampur was on way from Srinagar towards Jammu— while reaching near Sherbibi, it roll down about 150/200 meters into deep gorge as a result of which the driver of this ill-fated truck got seriously injured.
The locals & the volunteers from Banihal immediately rush to the spot and shifted the injured driver to SDH Banihal from where he was later referred after to Srinagar for advance treatment. Rash and negligence driving is said to be the cause of the accident. |
