Jammu, Apr 4: Kashmiri Khatri Hindu Maha Sabha its Chairman /President Er Ramesh Chander Mahajan welcomed the decision of amended the (Civil Services decentralization and Recruitment Act ) order issued on 4th April 2020 from Ministry of Home Affair for reserved all vacancies in the Govt department both Gazetted and Non Gazetted posts for all domiciles of UT of J&K is highly thankful and appreciable . The domicile law of reserved post will protect the interest of unemployed youths in job opportunities, who are facing lack of unemployed avenues , backwardness in industries sector. This will remove all discrimination and fulfil the aspiration of educated unemployed youths of J&K. Welcomed the decision of amended and Inserted the new clause in J&K migrant immovable property (Prevention, Protection and Restrain on distress ) Sale Act 1997 to empowered the competent authority shall prepare the details of immovable property to evict unauthorized occupant of migrants left over property in Kashmiri valley. But unfortunately due to eruption of terrorism , life threatening , innocent killing , anti element encroached and demolished illegally properties moreover successive govt were failed to provide protection.
In this regards such property of migrants were effected to sold less than marked value forcefully because they were not able to visit to valley in turmoil situation , such sales of property should be treated as null and void , several time Kashmiri migrants also approached and demanded to the state and central govt for the declaration all distress sale null and void which should be included in the law.
