4/4/2020 11:15:27 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, Apr 4: Social activist, young entrepreneur, marathoner and prominent member of the Jammu Chamber of Commerce & Industries, Gaurav Gupta described the Union Home Ministry’s decision of reserving all Government jobs in J&K for the locals as a combined victory of everyone in Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory, who raised their voice for the same.
“We are thankful to each and everyone, irrespective of regional and political affiliation, who raised their voice for protection of genuine rights of our youth and made the Government of India to reverse its own order within two days,” he said and also thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah for positively responding to the concern of J&K people specially the youth of J&K.
Gaurav Gupta said that this was the occasion to rejoice not only because all the Government jobs have been now reserved for the locals but also for the reason that this was apparently for the first time when everyone across Jammu and Kashmir, irrespective of their political ideology, raised voice for the same cause.
“This is also a big lesson for the people of J&K that if we remain united for the genuine cause of masses, the Government of India listens to our voice and positively responds,” he added and appealed youth to contribute more & more for progress of the society and nation as the whole.
