Modi's clarion call for national solidarity
Omkar Dattatray4/5/2020 10:21:45 PM
Any sane person knows it well that the coronavirus cannot be cured by clapping hands nor can it be cured by striking the plates. But then these are the means to unite the 130 crore countrymen for the fight against the deadly virus as the coronavirus cannot be fought without the active co-operation of the people and hence the thaali and taali is appropriate tools in the fight against the virus which has invaded the country. It is also a fact that the ringing of the bells and clapping of hands as well as the striking of the utensils creates a positive energy in the people as such this is the need of the hour to combat the coronavirus. However, other countries of the globe are also following the footsteps of India which is a matter of pride. Now the PM Narender Modi has given a clarion call to the countrymen to put off all lights in the homes on 5th April at 9 PM for nine minutes and light on a candle or 'dia' or torch or flash light of a mobile for nine minutes. On the face it seems that it cannot fight the corona virus but it is a means of showing solidarity with the governmental efforts. One feels that there is no relation between the putting off the lights and the lighting of the candle or 'dia' torch or flash light on 5th of April at 9 PM for nine minutes only. One is at a loss to understand as to how it will fight the coronavirus, but is a sure means of uniting so that the people will remain indoors and the third phase of the virus is not allowed to show its ugly face and the chain of the virus is broken. This all is done for the sake of unity and during this solidarity all the people are duty bound to remain in their houses and not venture outside. Doing this all will ensure unity in the society and thus all the people will support the government in combating the coronavirus. Since there is no medicine found as yet which can cure the infection of coronavirus but the efforts are on for innovating a medicine to cure the pandemic. However till then the social distancing and staying at homes is the only medicine to cure the infection. Therefore all this is the resolve of the people to fight the virus and come successful. So Modi's clarion call is for uniting the 130 crore Indians for fighting the virus. Whatever it is, it should not become the subject of politics but unfortunately the congress is doing politics over it which is very unfortunate. Congress is making fun of Modi's clarion call. Modi is not the Prime Minister of the BJP but is the PM of the whole India and as such his call and appeal should be given a heed and should be translated into action. Thus all the people should respect the appeal of Modi and should act on it to show total solidarity and this way we can fight back the corona-virus and save ourselves from the deadly infection. However there is no denying the fact that the switching off the lights and lighting of the candle on the stipulated date and time will definitely produce the positive vibrations and the positive energy and this will also lead to national cohesion to fight the coronavirus. All of us should follow the right path and abide by the rules and show unity and stay indoors for the lockdown period to fight the virus. All that is required is to show total solidarity and unity and fight the virus. As advised and appealed by the PM Modi no one should cross the Laxman Rekha for the good and interest of all including ourselves. See the Sita of Ramayana crossed the Laxman Rekha and rest is history as she suffered even being a goddess. Thus imagine what will be the fate of the ordinary mortals if they cross the present Laxamam Rekha. In fact the result of crossing the Laxaman Rekha will be catastrophic and we will have to keep the sanctity of Laxman Rekha. Otherwise if we cross it we will have to suffer and repent for this mistake. Therefore all should respect the Laxaman Rekha and not cross the jurisdiction. Thus what is required is that the people should heed the call of the Modi and do what he appealed so that the fight against the coronavirus will be fought decisively. So that the India will win and the coronavirus will be defeated and all this is for our own benefit. Therefore, the night of 5th April will be remembered as the night of national resolve, unity and solidarity. Thus all of us should forget our political affiliations for the time being and contribute in this national task of solidarity of fighting the coronavirus.
