RAJOURI, Apr 5: The Social Welfare Department (SWD) on Sunday appealed all the specially abled as well as senior citizens of Rajouri district to take benefit of the helpline number issued by Jammu and Kashmir Police.
In a press statement, District Social Welfare Officer (DSWO) Rajouri, Mohammad Naseeb said that police administration has issued a helpline number that can be used by senior citizens as well as specially abled persons for necessary help in the prevailing lockdown situation.
He said that the helpline number issued by the police administration in Rajouri is 9596520120.
"All the senior citizens and specially abled people are appealed to call on the helpline number for necessary help," said DSWO Rajouri.
He further appealed all the NGOs, volunteer groups to come forward for social service in the prevailing situation.
