| DC inspects quarantine centres, takes stock of arrangements | | |  Early Times Report
MENDHAR, Apr 9: The Deputy Commissioner Poonch Rahul Yadav (IAS) today visited various Quarantine centres established in the Sub Divsion Mendhar and took stock of arrangements being put in place for the persons coming from abroad.
He was accompanied by Senior Superintendent of Police Ramesh Angral , SDM Dr Sahil Jandyal, Tehasildar Dr Vikram Kumar ,BMO Dr parvaiz Ahmed Khan, Naib Tehasildar Ashfaq Ahmed Fani, SHO Neeven Angral
The Deputy Commissioner visited the Quarantine Centre established at Government Girls Higher secondary school Mendhar and took stock of arrangements being in place at the Quarantine Centres. The DC was informed that Supervisory Officers, cooks, Sweepers and Nodal Officers have also been designated for each quarantine centre established across the Mendhar Sub Divsion who will assist and report the District Quarantine Nodal Officer.
The DC also interacted with the Supervisory and Medical staff. He directed the concerned to remain in touch with the District Administration and directed for frequent fumigation of the Quarantine centres premises.
The DC impressed the concerned officers to provide proper hygienic refreshment to the boarders besides ensuring proper sanitation and round the clock electricity at the Quarantine centre. |
