BJP making all out efforts to mitigate sufferings of poor and needy people

Jammu, Apr 9: Continuing with their drive of distribution of free ration among needy families Bhartiya Janta Party leaders Pankaj Basotra,Chetan Wanchoo and Vishu Sharma distributed free ration to needy families today in area Bhagwati Nagar. More than 300 needy people were benefited with today’s drive.
During the distribution,Tehsildar Jammu Sh Ravi Sharma was present.
Speaking on this occasion BJP leaders said that BJP high command has issued directions that those people who cannot afford to buy ration because of lock down should be given free ration so that they do not face starvation. It is on these directions that we are undertaking such drive to help the deserving people. They further said that in future,too similar drives will be launched till the termination of lock down.
The leaders requested various social organisations to come forward and raise above party politics to locate such needy people and distribute the essential items among them.
They further said that our BJP party is helping needy people day in and day out to alleviate their miseries.
BJP leaders said that the crisis of Corona is global, which we Indians are fighting with full vigor. The visionary leadership of the respected Prime Minister Narendra Modi in this fight against Corona and our unity motivates us to deal with this crisis. There is a time for trouble, but we are Indians and we are together.Together we have defeated every trouble. A little restraint and understanding will get us out of this trouble.
Expressing concern over the coronavirus pandemic, BJP leaders said that in these testing times, people need to cooperate with administration and should stay at home. He appealed to the people not to come out of their homes to contain the spread of virus, as without cooperation of citizens it would be hard to achieve desired results besides making Jammu free from COVID-19.
