| Mission Mask turns into nationwide campaign: Vijay Sharma | | |

JAMMU, May 11: Team Mask Force Chairman Vijay Sharma in a press release has said that MISSION MASK has been turned into a nationwide campaign launched by PM Narendra Modi with team India champions like cricketers like Virat Kohli, BCCI President Saurav Ganguly, SachinTendulkar and other sports icons, celebrities appealing people to wear masks.
Sharma said the outcome of campaign by Team Mask force Jammu region emphasizing the importance of wearing mask is that it has taken the turn of a revolution at grassroots levels. The booth level awareness groups constituted by the government to carry out health audit by visiting door to door has added up in the MISSION MASK as well, he said.
A group of five young girls of affluent families in the name of TEAM KHALSA has even started working on the programme of sanitization by visiting village wise in Udhampur district asking villagers to wear mask & adhere to social distancing. He said that various others organizations such as inner wheel club of Jammu, Trikuta Nagar welfare Associations have also not been behind in their contributions for the cause & therby help prevent spreading coronavirus infections in JKUT. |
