JAMMU, May 22: All India Migrant Campus Coordination Committee (AIMCCC) chief Desh Ratten Pandita along with his team has welcomed government’s decision regarding issuing of domicile certificate for those KPs who are migrants but are not registered with Relief Organization Jammu and are living in different parts of the country or abroad and are not getting any relief from organization. Pandita said that there is confusion among the KPs, regarding this domicile certificate and the government needs to clear the issue through media. Regarding this domicile certificate, is it important for all KPs or migrants who r registered already, or is it for those people who are KPs but not registered anywhere, he said.
