GDC Vijaypur honours winners of poster making, slogan writing

JAMMU, May 25: Government Degree College, Vijaypur organized an Inter College Digital Poster Making and Slogan Writing Competition on the topic "Fight against COVID19" for which the last date of sending the entries online was 17th of May, 2020. The adjudicators were Prof. J.N Baliya, Head, Dept. of Educational Studies, Central University of Jammu, Prof. Sushma Sharma, Dept. of Dogri, University of Jammu and Dr. Kamni Pathania, Sr. Assistant Prof., Dept of Physics, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University. A total of 208 participants from various degree colleges of the state participated in the competition. In the digital poster making competition Mrinalini Pathania from GCW Gandhi Nagar, Vijay Kumar from GCET Jammu and Neha Rani from COE, Canal Road stood 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively. In the slogan writing competition Manju Bala from GDC Neeli Nallah, Udhampur, Mehak Patyal from GCW Parade and Neena Kalyal from GDC, Samba stood 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively. E-Certificates will be sent to the winners of both the competitions. The Principal of the institution Dr. Sangeeta Sudan thanked the jury members and congratulated the winners of the competition.
