JAMMU, May 29: Jammu Kashmir All Departments Clerical Staff Association (Ministerial Federation) Jammu has shown resentment towards the authorities of School Education Department for playing with the future of thousands of non-teaching officials especially Clerical Cadre of School Education Department by adopting delaying tactics in DPCs since last 6 years. We are performing our legitimate duties round the clock and always remained on the disposal of higher authorities either its law and order situation, flood crises or Corona like pandemic disease, we remained always at front, our services are being utilized everywhere. But unfortunately whenever we claim for our promotional avenues, authorities adopted delaying tactics, the association said.
The leader of the forum Jagdish Thakur and others had showed great anger upon the functionaries of School Education Department and their unsympathetic approach towards the problems faced by the members of the Non-Teaching staff of school education department and said that despite repeated appraisal the authorities had kept blind eyes towards the plights of Non-Teaching cadre of School Education Department which is main cause of concern. The whole cadre is feeling suffocation as their future is at stake. |
