Two JPDCL employees suspended, union threatens protest | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 29: Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (JPDCL) on Friday ordered suspension of two if its employees over alleged dereliction of duties. As per order issued here by the office of Chief Engineer (Distribution), JPDCL, two employees namely Guru Parsad, Tech-III and Karan Kumar, Class IV are placed under suspension in view of pending enquiry and the report received from the office of the Executive Engineer Electric Division III JPDCL, Jammu. As per order, the suspended employees shall remain attached with the office of Superintendent Engineer, O&M Circle-I, JPDCL, Jammu and he shall conduct detailed enquiry into the matter and furnish the report within 15 days positively. Meanwhile the PDD Employees Union has threatened to stage protest on Saturday if the suspension order is not immediately revoked. |
