Jammu, May 29: Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal) has demanded for reservation of few assembly seats for Sikhs in Jammu and Kashmir. A meeting of Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal) was held telephonically under the chairmanship of Jathedar Mohinder Singh Party President, in which it was claimed that the Sikh minority has always been neglected in Jammu and Kashmir. “Even a commission set in the year 1932 by Maharaja had recommended for reserving one seat each from Jammu and Kashmir division for Sikh community in state legislature”, they said. SAD leaders welcomed the decision of setting up Delimitation Commission for Jammu and Kashmir and demanded that some assembly segments be kept reserved for Sikh community both in Jammu and Srinagar divisions. Those who attended the meeting telephonically include advocate Surinder Singh, Suchwant Singh, S. Manjeet Singh, S. Sukhdev Singh Commarde, S. Roshan Singh, Brig. Surinder Singh, Baboo Singh (Gen.
