5/30/2020 10:16:27 PM

EARLY TIMES REPORT

JAMMU, May 30:Rejecting the claims of the MoS in PMO Dr Jitendra Singh that the central government has done justice with all sections of the society, the All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) Social has termed the BJP rule a big failure in the country where every institution has been destroyed. In a telephonic meet of the Union held here today under the chairmanship of its president Abdul Majid Malik, the members said that the PM and BJP’s claim that the last person in the queue would be equally benefitted has also gone to wind when the rights of the deprived castes have been blocked even after the abrogation of Art 370 and that too with a false propaganda which started from within the Parliament where bill for abrogation of Art 370 was being passed on 5th of August 2019 with protection of Reservation Act of 2004 at S.No 07 on page 42 and home minster of the country Amit Shah was making a statement in reference to a query that 52% population belonging to OBCs would be more beneficial.
They said that the BJP has distributed the reservation quota like sweets among the general categories in one way or the other and this quota is 78% for those whose population is about 15% of the JKUT population.
The members also resolved to reject and boycott the Backward Classes Commission in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir till its reorganization, adding that if the chairman and members are to be from non-OBC communities, then there is no need of such a commission based on fraudulent lines.
