| Privatization of PDD a new harassment to J&K people: Citizens’ Forum | | |

JAMMU, May 30: Citizens’ Forum has requested the Prime Minister and Lieutenant Governor J&K UT to stop the project of privatization of PDD in J&K as how can the poor empty handed people be compared with New Delhi, Mumbai, and other metro cities. President Citizens’ Forum, R K Chadha in a press statement issued here today said that the J&K UT is working on grants and loans from the center having its own bare income, is being harassed with privately purchasing power to perform small, tiny and MSME businesses rather than finding avenues to increase the income of the people. Chadha while urging the Prime Minister to review the decision said that Jammu has always stood with the center and we have supported you in all ups and downs and through thick and thin of the state matters and conditions, adding that not to expose the poor conditions of majority of the population of UT.
