JAMMU, May 30: Sikh Naujwan Sabha Gurdwara Sant Pura Danna, Sector-7, Guru Nanak Nagar, Jammu in appreciation of the efforts being put in by the frontline corona warriors including health-care workers, municipal workers, police personnel and journalists organized a felicitation programme here today. The Sabha said all these warriors are playing a vital role in curtailing the spreads of Corona Virus to fight against the menace of COVID-19 which has taken the form of pandemic not only in India but worldwide. Therefore, it becomes the duty of each and every citizen to respect and honour them to boost their morale, said the Sabha. The Sikh Naujwan Sabha, Sikh Welfare Committee, Guru Nanak Nagar and Manmohan Singh, Member DGPC is contributing their role towards a clean society by their act of sanitization at various religious places, social institutions and door to door sanitizing in areas of Guru Nanak Nagar. Sikh Naujwan Sabha appreciated and thanked the guest of honour, Sant Tejwant Singh, Dera Mukhi, Sant Pura Danna Guru Nanak Nagar Jammu and Triloachan Singh Wazir, ex-MLC and Chairman State Gurdwara Parbandhak Board UT of J&K. The Sabha further urges upon all religious persons of society to perform ‘Ardass’ for ‘Sarbat Da Bhala’ daily in their respective places for the good and well-being of the mankind. The prominent members of the Sabha and Welfare Committee present in the COVID-19 felicitation programme included Hardev Singh, Manjeet Singh, Parveen Singh, Amarjeet Singh, Sunmukh Singh, Daljeet Singh, Jajgeet Singh, Mohinder Singh, Gagandeep Singh, Deedar Singh, Davinder Singh, Mohinderjeet Singh, Amritpal Singh and Amarjeet Singh. |
