SCMSS comes forward to help artists of AAA,JMU, distributes ration to needy artists

Jammu, June 1: In a gesture of philanthropy, Shree Chandi Mata Sewa Samiti has extending helping hand to provide ration to the needy artists of All Artists Association, Jammu, whose families had reached at the verge of starvation following Lockdown due to Covid 19 virus.
Surinder Manhas, Founder of All Artists Association told that Jagran artists, who generally depend upon the earning of performing Jagratas and Mata ki Chowki on day to day basis , were the hard hit since last over two months, as there was no such activities during last Navrstras and afterwards.
Expressing his profound gratitude to the Chairman, Sunit Kumar Raina, of Shree Chandi Mata Sewa Samiti, Jammu, Surinder Manhas informed that 150 artists connected with Jagran line were provided ration on spot in the presence of Sunit Kumar Raina, Chairman, SCMSS, Jammu. Surinder Manhas also appealed other NGOs to please come forward and help the families of Artists, who are jobless during the deep crisis of Corona virus. On this occasion, President and General Secretary of SCMSS, Rohit Gupta and Subash Nanda besides artists Rakesh Anand, Rampal, Ravi Shankar, J. R. Sharma, Sahil Mahajan and Nikhil Gupta were present
