SAMBA, June 1: BJP leader and executive member Arun Sharma along with party seniors Naresh Amba, Kuldeep Sharma, Shiv Lal, Mohan Lal, Dinesh Singh Sambyal, Chander Bharti, Shamsher Singh, Parshant Thakur, Gyan Bhagat, conducted a series of meetings at village Loveli Upper, Chilla Danga and Morhgarh to mitigate the problems of the people residing in weaker and backward areas of Samba.
At village Morhgarh meeting was organized by Goutam Singh wherein people demanded drinking water supply besides construction of road from Nud to Janda.
At village Chilla Danga, Shamsher Singh, a prominent resident highlighted various issues including construction and repair of roads Sarna to Chilla Danga, provision of electric poles and release of pending dues of MGNREGA in Block Nud.
At village Loveli Upper, Pawan Sharma organized a large public meeting with the support of panchs, sarpanchs and Lambardars. Here, people demanded restarting construction work of road from Uttar Behani to Chilla Danga via Loveli and establishment of medical dispensary.
Addressing the gatherings, Arun Sharma admitted that there are several problems being faced by the villagers of Loveli, Chilla Danga and Morhgarh. However, he assured the locals that genuine demands of the people will be highlighted with the concerned departments as well as the party high command.
