Inter-College Mass Mailing Of SMS / Tag Lines/Messages Competition

JAMMU, June 19: On day two to celebrate 6th International Yoga Day, GDC Ramgarh, Samba organized an Inter-College "Mass Mailing of SMS/ Tag Lines/Messages" Competition. The SMS/Messages/tag Lines were on tropic ‘Yoga: its importance and benefits’. 21 students from various colleges participated and expressed their views among the masses in general and students in particular to do yoga for wellness. The result of the programme was declared today in which the 1st prize was bagged by Manisha Kumari, GDC Vijaypur; Sonika Devi, GDC Ramgarh got the 2nd prize while Amandeep, GDC Bishnah clinched the 3rd prize. The three consolation prizes went to Sonia Dogra, GCW Gandhi Nagar; Poonam Devi, GDC Ramgarh and Shalija Bhagat, GCW Gandhi Nagar. E-certificates were distributed to all the participants and awardees. Prof.(Dr.) Meeru Abrol, Principal GDC Ramgarh thanked the adjudicators of the programme Prof. Som Raj, Assistant Professor, GCW Kathua, Dr. Sunil Kumar Mangoch, Assistant Professor, GDC Vijaypur and Dr. Usha Rani, Assistant Professor, GDC Hiranagar for sparing their valuable time to analyse, prepare and give the results.
