GDC Sunderbani hosts online mathematics quiz competition ‘Complex Analysis’

RAJOURI, June 29: The Department of Mathematics, Govt. Degree College, Sunderbani, today organized an inter college quiz competition on the topic “Complex Analysis” to benefit students of B.Sc/B.A. Semester 6th (CBCS. A large number of students from across various colleges of J&K- GCW Parade Jammu; GDC Thanamandi; GCW Kathua; GDC Nowshera; GDC Udhampur; GDC Rajouri; GGM Sc. College Jammu; University of Jammu; Central University of Jammu; Kawa Institute, Jammu etc. participated in the quiz competition. The programme was coordinated by Prof. Harshal Sharma and organized by Dr. Paras Ram and Prof. Beant Singh. The quiz was conducted under the overall supervision of Prof. (Dr.) Vandana Gupta, Principal of the College.
Around 34 Students, with 60 % above score, were presented e-certificate of participation, which were generated online.
1st Prize was bagged by Ravinder Singh, Department of Mathematics, University of Jammu, 2nd prize went to Shafqat Shabir, GDC Thanamandi and 3rd prize was shared by Akshita Kohli, GCW Kathua and Qazi Arshed Shabir of Thanamandi.
