EARLY TIMES REPORT

JAMMU, July 1: Gathered outside the Press Club of Jammu to protest against China over the Galwan valley issue, the BJP workers under leadership of ex-MLA Jammu East Rajesh Gupta forgot social distancing and face masks, as repeatedly being advised by the Prime Minister, Narenda Modi to contain the spread of Coronavirus.
The act of BJP leaders throwing COVID norms to the wind was captured in the videos taken by the media persons assembled there to cover party’s protest, the workers seem desperate to teach a lesson to China aggressively, but at the same time forgot to observe, Prime Minister’s request to maintain “Do Gaj Ki Doori” social distancing to contain the spread of Coronavirus.
The ex-BJP MLA Rajesh Gupta, appreciating the PM said that it was a good decision taken by our Prime Minister, but at the same time there are many more China made products, which need to be banned. “I think self-boycott of China made products is the only way to defeat China”, he added.
It is pertinent to mention here that the BJP organized today’s protest against brutal killing of army jawans at Galwan valley by the Chinese Army.
However, the Ex-MLA tried to escape repeated questions by the media regarding skyrocketing prices of petrol and diesel.
