| DC Poonch provides cash relief to victim of cross border shelling | | |  Early Times Report
POONCH, July 3: The Deputy Commissioner Poonch, Rahul Yadav on Friday provided cash relief to the victim of cross border shelling, who got injured during ceasefire violations by Pakistan.
The Deputy Commissioner handed over a cash relief of Rs 5 lakh to Mohd Shokat S/o Mohd Sadiq R/o Kossalian Tehsil Haveli for permanent disability.
The Deputy Commissioner inquired about the wellbeing of the victim and said that reaching to the families affected with cross border shelling is among the prime priorities of the district administration Poonch.
He said that administration is always with the victim and his family in these tough hours and all possible efforts shall be made to mitigate the sufferings.
