Bhagat Biradari demands action against murderers of Rahul

JAMMU, July 5: A group of prominent members of Bhagat Biradari led by Faqir Chand Bhagat (President All J&K Sadguru Kabir Sabha) and Mohinder Bhagat (President Bhagat Mahasabha J&K) today visited the residence of Rahul Kumar who was brutally murdered on Thursday at Dandyal, Udhampur in broad day light and demanded stern action against the murderers.
The members of the delegation offered their condolences to the bereaved family and assured them all possible help from the Bhagat Biradari in meeting out justice. They said that the Bhagat Biradari will fight tooth and nail to bring the culprits to book.
The delegation also called upon Additional Deputy Commissioner Udhampur and asked him to provide all possible help to the family. The officials of the civil administration gave a patient hearing to the delegation and assured them that justice would be delivered.
Later, the delegation called upon Additional SP Udhampur, Rajinder Katoch and SDPO Udhampur Rohit Chadgal to discuss the progress in the investigation. The delegation urged upon the Additional SP to provide security cover to the family as they are in deep state of shock and fear. Responding quickly to the demand the Additional SP immediately directed his men to provide round the clock security to the family.
Additional SP during his interaction with the members of the delegation said that the police have done a commendable job by arresting the main culprits within 24 hours of the crime and assured that justice would be done and anyone involved would not be spared.
