We The Human Forum distributes COVID-19 hygiene kits to needy

DODA, July 5: We The Human Forum for Nature and Mankind today distributed 50 COVID-19 Hygiene Kits to poor families and 10 PPEs among Safai-Karamcharis of MC Thathri Doda. Preety Parihar Secretary and Sukhdev Singh Executive Body Member of the trust, SHO Thathri S. Inderjeet Singh, Zulfikar from MC Thathri were prominent among others present on the occassion.
Speaking on the occasion, Sukhdev Singh asked the villagers to adopt all preventive measures like regularly washing of hands with soaps, using Sanitizers, wearing neat & clean clothes and wear facemasks to avoid an exposure to COVID19 virus.
Preety Parihar, Secretary of the trust asked the villagers and Safai- Karamcharis to maintain personal especially hands hygine. She exhorted upon them to conserve environment and desist from malpractices like illegal cutting of trees, open burning of trees' dry leaves and plant more trees. She asked them to plant a tree on birth of a baby, on occasion of marriage and on occasion of death as a remembrance. Preety informed that We The Human is going to plant more than 200 trees saplings tomorrow at Malhori in Doda as a part of its target to plant more than 2000 plants during 2020.
SHO Thathri Inderjeet Singh expressed words of gratitude and appreciation for "We The Human" for their exemplary activities being undertaken in J&K UT dedicated towards serving nature and humanity.
