JAMMU, July 8: According to Superintending Engineer, O&M Circle, Jammu JPDCL that to carry out work of pole erection and conductor stringing by M/s L&T, the power supply to Bari Brahmana and its adjoining areas will remain affected on July 09 and 12 from 7 am to 11 am.
Meanwhile, Superintending Engineer, (Distribution) JPDCL, O&M Circle, Kathua has informed that for shifting of electrical utilities coming under widening of road from Palli to Nagri, the power supply to Nagri, Nagri Industry, Saidpur, Jakhbar Old, Jarmal Airwan and Logate will remain affected on July 09, 11, 13, 16, 19 and 21 from 7 am to 1 pm.
However, to carry out the replacement of C&R Panels, the power supply to Industrial areas of Bari Brahmana being fed from 33KV feeders- New Kartholi and BB-I will remain affected on July 09 from 5 pm to 7 pm.
Similarly, the power supply to Industrial Areas of Bari Brahmana being fed from 33KV BB-III feeder will remain affected on July 11 from 5 pm to 7 pm.
Likewise, the power supply to areas being fed from 33/11KV Receiving Stations- MES Ratnuchak, Ratnuchak and Sainik Colony will remain affected on July 13 from 5 pm to 7 pm.
Similarly, to carry out the preventive maintenance alongwith rectification of hot spots to maintain smooth power supply, the shutdown of 132 KV D/C Chennai-Srinagar Trans. Line between Batote-Ramban is being observed. During the shutdown, the power supply to 132/33 KV Grid Station Chanderkote of BHEP will remain affected on July 10 from 8 am to 1 pm.
Similarly, to carry out HT conductor stringing work, the shutdown of 33 KV Old Kartholi line is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Gurah Slathia, Mandal & adjoining areas will remain affected on July 10 and 13 from 6 am to 11 am.
