| 8 years on, Sena Bhatti to Gujara bridge incomplete | | |  Malik Mudasir

Banihal, July 9: The people of Gujara village of teshil pogal parishtan and adjoining villages in Jammu province of Ramban district are facing lot of hardships as the bridge across the rivulet is incomplete form the last eight years, causing lot of inconvenience to a population of around seven thousand people. General public of the area while speaking to early times said that due to non construction of the bridge in the area the construction of the road which lead to this area got hampered as same is complete and can shorten the distance to the far flung areas of Gugra and called up on the authorities to start the construction work as soon as possible. The people said that the work on the bridge was started in 2012, but so far, only half of the work is completed added that it is forcing the people to take long route during Medical emergency. The bridge is being constructed by the PWD Deptement at an estimated cost of Rs 7 crore. The locals demanded that the work on the bridge should be speeded up and it should be made motorable at the earliest.
