| JPPF condemns killings of Wasim Bari: JPPF | | |

JAMMU, July 9: Jammu Province People's Forum (JPPF) condemned the killings of BJP leader Wasim Bari and his family members.
In a meeting convened by the members of JPPF under the presidentship of Paviter Singh, two minutes silence was observed to pay tributes to Wasim Bari and others who were brutally killed by the militants in Kashmir.
It is matter of grave concern that people who want to join the main stream are brutally killed to create panic in the society, the govt needs to deal such elements with iron hands so that public doesn’t get terrorized by the Pakistan centric forces operating in Kashmir valley.
Members of the Forum were of the opinion that such acts of the militants will create fear among the masses and will lead to lesser participation of general public to strengthen the democratic setup in the state hence no excuse in this regard be entertained.
M S Katoch, the working president of the Forum asked the government to follow Yogi model in J&K so that not only militants but all Vikas Dubey like muscle men involved in various criminal activities be neutralized immediately. |
