Jammu, July 10: Bahujan Samaj Party J&K held a press conference today at Head Quarter at Jammu, while interacting with the media persons S.R Majotra President BSP J&K expressed serious concern over the day to day increased murderess attacks on the poor people. The non serious approach by the police for registration and stern action against the culprits under relevant laws (Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe Prevention of Atrocities Act 1989) even the police officers trying to harsh up the murderess attacks by using delaying tactics,. so that the Criminals manage their escape and get their bails from the courts which is a clear signal of encouragement to bad element. Though a SIT has been constituted in Rahul Bhagat murder case at Udhampur, but the concerned police officials /Revenue officials and their relatives who are directly conspired broad day brutal murder of the deceased have not been suspended or arrested to facilitate an impartial inquiry. It is apprehended that constitution of the Special Investigation Team an eye wash as narrated by the family members and prominent leaders of the area. Bahujan Samaj Party shall approach Director General of Police J&K with a request to hand over the murder case to CRIME BRANCH and direct the District SSPs, SHOs and other law enforcing agencies to register the case immediately and initiate stern action against the Bhoomi Mafia and Criminals, Police and revenue, officials involved in such murderous attacks. |
