Kishtwar, July 12: The department of Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA) Doda today ask all the ration card holders to submit their AADHAAR Cards for linking it with the ration card.

Assistant Director FCS&CA Doda said that all Ration Beneficiaries of District Doda are hereby informed to submit their AADHAAR Numbers to their FPS Dealers/TSOs as soon as possible added that in case of failure, in coming days no ration will be issued without Aadhar Authentication. “Moreover it will be also beneficial for those people who move to other Districts and States at different times due to different reasons, as when their AADHAAR is linked to their Ration Card, they can take their ration entitlements there also under ONE NATION ONE RATION CARD (ONONRC)” Said Shohab Latief.
The linking AADHAAR with ration card is aim to check the duplication of ration card, beside to felicitate the delivery of ration to beneficiaries in any part of the country. |
