Jammu, July 13: A video of angry youth objecting arbitrarily fine imposed by Traffic Cops went viral in which the youth heard saying, he was fined without any reason by the cops, near Dogra Chowk Jammu. Infuriated over video being captured by youth over adamant attitude of cops, for imposing fine without any reasons, the cops tried to grab mobile from the youth. “Sir why are you fined me, tell me my fault or violation I have committed, I’m driving my car wearing a seatbelt, I have valid documents including a driving license, then why you are fining me”, the youth heard in the video asking questions being arbitrarily fined. Irritated over repeated questions of the youth, the cops on duty told him that he had jumped a traffic signal, whoever, there was no traffic signal was not visible in any direction, when the youth moved his camera to catch the reality of the cops. “We have mentioned in the Challan, the violation you have done, read it ‘’, the traffic cops slapped a copy of the Challan and escaped from the spot when other passerby also objected over high headedness of the traffic cops in broad daylight in everbusy area.
