ISM, GGF & TWS organize Covid-19 Medical Camp at village Suryachak

JAMMU, July 31: Gandhi Global Family (GGF) J&K in collaboration with Directorate of Indian Systems of Medicine (ISM) J&K and Tawi Welfare Society (TWS) organized 45th Medical camp in the premises of Tawi Islands, village Suryachak, Jammu and distributed AYUSH immunity boosting drugs supplied by ISM to the general public through their expert team of doctors, following the guidelines issued by the local administration.
Over 520 people were examined by Dr Sukhpreet Kaur, Dr Shefali Sharma, Adarsh Sharma- Senior Pharmacist deputed by Dr Suresh Sharma- ADMO, Jammu.
On the occasion, Vikram Bhasin- President Mohalla Welfare Committee Ward No 4 handed over set of 200 masks to Kaviraj, President- Tawi Welfare Society for distribution among the villagers. GGF J&K President Padmashri Dr S P Varma in his message while addressing the gathering, expressed his gratitude to Dr Mohan Singh, Director ISM J&K, Dr Suresh Sharma, ADMO Jammu for deputing competent team of doctors and providing free Ayush medicines for immunity boosting of people of the area. He emphasized on the role of Ayurveda in our lives ever since the creation of the world and the human evolution.
He has also appreciated the role of Kaviraj, President Tawi Welfare Society and his dedicated team for the successful conduct of the camp and providing logistic and local arrangements.
The camp was dedicated to the memory of founder Tawi Welfare Society, Late R C Gupta.
