Early Times Report

JAMMU, Aug 4: President, Shri Ram Sena (SRS), Jammu and Kashmir, Rajiv Mahajan on Tuesday asked devotees and saints across the Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory to offer prayers and decorate homes and temples and light candles and earthen lamps in the evening instead of coming to Ayodhya on August 5, the day of laying of the foundation stone of the Ram temple in Ayodhya. He requested people to watch the live telecast of Bhoomi Pujan at Ram Janmabhoomi on television and light earthen lamps at home in the evening. He said, “We all have a desire to visit Ayodhya but not to come to attend Bhumi Pujan due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.” He expressed thanks to the Supreme Court for directing the Centre to hand over the site at Ayodhya for the construction of a Ram Temple.
