SAMBA, Aug 4: On the directions of J&K State Legal Services Authority, E- Lok Adalat is being conducted in Samba district on August 22, 2020 exclusively through different digital platform modes.
During the E-Lok Adalat, all cases, including Matrimonial disputes, Criminal Cases of compoundable nature, NI Act, MACT cases etc shall be taken up for settlement.
Accordingly, the litigants /general public who are desirous of getting their cases or disputes settled through the E-Lok Adalat/ Video Conferencing Lok Adalat are requested to contact the Office of District Legal Services Authority on email id [email protected] or on whatsapp number 7006512654 or the technical staff of the District Court Samba, by or before 10th of August, 2020 for the purpose of identification and assignment of their cases to the particular Bench of the E- Lok Adalat.
