| E-Lok Adalat in Reasi on August 22 | | | | REASI, Aug 6: District Legal Services Authority Reasi is organizing E-Lok Adalat or Video Conference(VC) Lok Adalat in the District on August 22, 2020. The E-Lok Adalat is being held on the directions of J&K State Legal Services Authority, exclusively through different digital platforms. The stakeholders/litigants and concerned persons who are interested to resolve their disputes amicably through this E-Lok Adalt VC Lok Adalat shall submit their applications well before time to Presiding Officer of concerned Courts along with full particulars of case, Advocate or Nodal Officers of E- Lok Adalat VC Lok Adalat. The parties desirous of appearing in Lok Adalat through this mode have to ensure that their connectivity is robust, VC app is downloaded and they have some technological knowhow in connecting through VC. The VC in the present case shall also be initiated, controlled and terminated at the Bench end only. The parties along with their advocates from any place convenient to them shall be able to participate in the Lok Adalat.
