Early Times Report

Jammu, Aug 6: National Awami United Party National (NAUP) President Sandeep Singh strongly condemned the killing of another Sarpanch by the suspected terrorists in South Kashmir. In a press Statement, Singh said it is really painful that in an another target killing incidence of a public representative on Thursday the suspected terrorists shot dead another Sarpanch Sajad Ahmad Khanday near his residence at Vessu village in Qazigund block of south Kashmir Kulgam district. Shockingly, the violence will never win with these kinds of cowardly attacks and this is the second incidence of terrorists attack in less than 48 hours as a Panch was critically wounded after terrorists fired upon him on the evening of August 4 in Qazigund area.
It's a pre-planned attacks by Islamic Pakistan's Sponsored terrorists to target Public representatives especially, Panches and Sarpanches who are strengthening the democratic process at gross root levels in Kashmir Province and their innocent target killings is only to trigger fear psychosis among Public representatives and to deter them for Strengthening the democratic process.
He further said that the incidents of target killing is increasing day by day in Kashmir because few weeks back one Ajay Pandita Sarpanch and one BJP leader were also shot dead by the terrorists. This is all due to the support of the over ground workers of the terrorists in the valley. There is no such incidents in other parts of the Union territory of except few districts of the Kashmir Province.
