Poonch, Aug 7: Kerosene oil distribution in Sub Division Mendhar, Block Buffliaz has been put on hold as the depot owners have allegedly selling it in black. Kerosene oil depots across Mendhar, Buffliaz are without availability of kerosene oil and consumers have been suffering a lot for cooking as well as lighting purposes in for flung and hilly areas indulging Buffliaz Hill Kaka , Pamrot Draba Balakote, Mendhar and Mankote and other adjoining areas of the Sub Division. Shockingly, Government has been giving regular supply of the kerosene oil to the depots but consumers are not getting due to black marketing by selling it to truckers and bus owners who mix it with diesel while the right of poor people is snatched for unnecessary reasons sources said, adding all these malpractices were going under the very nose of Sub Divisional Magistrate they further added. AD Food Poonch Ranjit Singh said he will into matter and this month issue all depots to Kerosene Oil. |
