SAMBA, Aug 10: Samba Police in a joint operation with Drug Control Department Samba, conducted surprise checking of Chemist/ Medical shops in Raipur area. During checking, one Medical shop in the name of “Triveni Medical Hall” owned by Koushal Singh, son of Balwant Singh of Raipur Pangdour, Samba situated at village Kathlai Raipur was found running without License. Despite being holding no valid license, the said medical shop owner used to dispense drugs in the area. As such, the said Medical shop was sealed on the spot and the medicines have also been seized. Further action as necessitated under law/rules will be undertaken.
The search was conducted by a team of District Police Samba comprising of DySP Hqrs Samba, I/C PP Rakh Amb Talli and team of Drug Control Department consisting of Drug Inspector Samba.
