Jammu, Aug 10: Prof Manoj K Dhar, Vice-Chancellor, University of Jammu inaugurated the Online Portal for JU Admissions for the Post-Graduate and Under-Graduate courses for the Academic Session 2020-21. While inaugurating the Admission Portal, the Vice-Chancellor informed that the entire Admission process has been made paperless and no one is required to visit the Campus physically.
He appealed all the students and other stakeholders to follow the COVID-19 guidelines and adopt the Online mode for Admissions. The admission for the Under Graduate courses commenced from today and the last date is August 21, 2020. Due to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, the admissions shall be held through Online Portal http://juetonline.in
The students will be able to upload all requisite information along with the supporting documents for General, Reserved and Achievement Categories.
The scrutiny of the documents and evaluation of the Achievement Category scores shall be undertaken by the respective Committees Online only.
The notification of the Admission lists and payment of fee shall also be made Online.
This is the first time that the University of Jammu has transformed the Admission process and made it entirely online. Prof Naresh Padha, Dean Academic Affairs is the overall in-charge of UG/PG Admissions.
