JAMMU, Aug 10: JMC Corporator Amit Gupta, ICDS Supervisor distributed rice among needy families at Anganwari centre Chand Nagar, Qasim Nagar Rajinder Nagar, Bikram Chowk in Ward- 19in presence of AWW other Officials.
Corporator Amit Gupta while addressing the media said that the district administration has already taken slew of measures to ensure that food grains reach every corner of the district during this coronavirus period. He added that the process of the distribution of free ration for the month of September and October under Atma Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan shall be completed in few days. The ration was distributed at Anganwari Chand Nagar, Kasim Nagar, Rajinder Nagar, Bikram Chowk Ward -19 in a systematically manner keeping in view the proper social distancing and guidelines of government. ICDS Supervisor in her address told that the other locations shall also be covered in future for distribution of ration to the needy persons on routine basis. |
