Poonch, Aug 11: With an aim to listen to the grievances of public and to highlight the same on concerned platforms, Former MLA, Youth NC Provincial President Jammu, Ajaz Jan visited area of Poonch Mandi located near Line of Control.
Taking due care of all the precautionary measures as suggested under Corona virus, Mr. Jan met locals and discussed in depth the issues they are confronting in present pandemic.
The local people put forth all the grievances with main demand was for an economic/ financial package for all the small scale workers and labourers who are worst affected due pandemic.
In his statement post visit of LoC area, Ajaz Jan said that situation and hostilities between armies of India and Pakistan is getting worse with each passing day and Poonch district is worst affected with it. He said that with entire LoC area getting rattled with mortar shelling, the Government should ensure to speed up the project for construction of bunkers in LoC area.
