GDC Ramgarh organizes inter-collage poster making competition

Jammu, Aug 11: To commemorate ‘International Youth Day’, Government Degree College Ramgarh organized an inter college poster making and slogan writing competition through online mode.
The competition was organised under the patronage and guidance of the Principal, Prof.(Dr.) Meeru Abrol, GDC Ramgarh. Staff of GDC Ramgarh organized the whole event meticulously. Students from various colleges of J&K UT participated enthusiastically in this event.
The results of the competition were declared today. In poster making Competition, Anjali Nanda, GCW Bhagwati Nagar, bagged the 1st Prize; Ramnik and Rakshak Jandial, KC Law College secured the second Prize; Shakshi Sharma, GCW Bhagwati Nagar and Seema Devi, GDC Ramkote clinched the third prize.
In slogan writing competition, Kashish Vaid, GCW Bhagwati Nagar bagged the first Prize; Seema Devi, GDC Ramkote, secured the second position; Vanshika Kalsotra and Muskan from GDC Ramnagar clinched the third Prize. E-certificates were awarded to all the participants.
The theme of International Youth Day2020, “Youth Engagement For Global Action”. Prof. (Dr.) Meeru Abrol, Principal of the college, thanked the adjudicators of the Competition, Dr. Jugal Kishori Puri, Retired Associate Professor, Hindi; Dr. Shiv Mangal Singh, Assistant Professor, GDC Basoli; Dr.Preeti Slathia,Assistant Professor, GCW Bhagwati Nagar.
