Jammu, Aug 11: A programme was organised by District Chairman OBC Deptt. Pradesh Congress Committee Raj Kumar Mehra to distribute the Domicile Certificates, in which J&K Chairman of the wing Adv. Suresh Kumar Dogra was also invited as Special Guest.
In a handout Adv. Suresh Kumar Dogra said that everyone is not aware of their rights and opportunities and also the Administration offices.
So, it becomes the duty of the local leaders to get them familiar with their rights, opportunities and formation of their Compulsory documentation, So our District Chairman, helped them in formation of Domicile certificates amid COVID- 19 pandemic, more than 50 peoples took the benefit of this Initiative, Raj Kumar Mehra also addressed the peoples and said that OBC Deptt.is always ready for the help for the poor and needy.
