JAMMU, Aug 11: The joint action committee of Engineering Graduate Association has demanded regularization of their services. According to press release, a video conference of the Association was held to deliberate the status of various long pending issues pertaining to Engineering community.
They welcomed the government’s decision for rationalisation/re-organisation of Engineering staff and hoped that long pending demand of regularisation and the cadre review will be a reality now.
The JAC told that subsequent to Administrative decision the different committees formed vide Government GAD number 752 of GAD, Dated 10-08-2020 is welcome step but it was unfortunate to find not any representation as member of Mechanical Engineering Wing ,which not only has influence but important role in almost all Departments of J&K.
The same wing is in demand for future Mechanised J&K and importantly needs cadre expansion as on average in all departments of MED, irrigation, PHE etc there is still only one division on average for Four District's across J&K.
They again reminded Government including the new Honourable L G of state, Monhar Sinha, Chief secretary and Chairman of framed committees Shalinder Kumar for redressal of long pending issues of regularisation, SRO of cabinet approved ACP, pay anomaly of 4260 at JE level beside others. |
