Accordingly, ADC Nowshera under the directions of court constituted a committee of the devotees to manage the day to day affairs of the shrine. But for some time the natives /devotees claimed that the person who was acting as then manager of Shrine has involved himself in corrupt measures, financial bungling and even tried to sell the huge chunk of land of Devsthan which was given to this shrine by Maharaja Amar Singh, the then Maharaja of princely state of Jammu and Kashmir.
On this the people and devotees of the shrine approached the ADC Noweshra and apprised him of the grave situation of the encroachment and raising of construction on the land belonging to Devsthan, being administrator of Shrine to intervene and to issue strict direction’s so that land of Shrine was not sold under table and illegal construction on the land of the sacred Shrine shall not be raised.
