EArly times Report

Jammu, Aug 13, 2020: Congress has taken strong exception to the regular anti- educated youth and anti-employees decisions of the UT administration.
In a statement JKPCC Chief Spokesperson Ravinder Sharma has said that already the decision of privatization of PDD has threatened the career of thousands of employees including engineers and over 13000 daily wagers in the department apart from causing huge problems for the poor people in future, the new decision of amalgamation of engineering departments and disbanding of the policy for self help groups in the matter of allotment of works, has caused great resentment amongst the trained educated youth.
Mr. Sharma said that the ill advised move would adversely affect the career of thousands of engineers and others in many ways besides leading to chaos and confusion in the system. He said that over 15000 unemployed engineers who earning their livelihood through self-help groups would be rendered without work. Already several unilateral decisions of the UT administration have gone against the interests of unemployed and educated youth and the Govt. should not take such decisions in haste against the overall interests of youth who are already frustrated.
