| SNSSS organizes flute making competition | | |  Jammu, Aug 13: Shiksha Niketan Senior Secondary School Jeevan Nagar Jammu organized an online competition on the subject “Flute Making” with waste materials on the occasion of “Shree Krishna Janmashtami” Mahotsava. The students of all the Six Sections of Class 3rd showed their inner talents by making beautiful “Flutes”. The students participated with great zeal and enthusiasm. The winner in this competition were Master Madhensh Kumar of class 3rd I who got First rank , Samanya Ujjwal of class 3rd F secured Second Rank and Miss Pratishtha Sharma of 3rd F clinched third rank. The competition was adjudged by the class drawing teachers Neetu Kumari, Neha Wadhera, Dilshad Kour, Co-ordinator of class 3rd Disha Rajput and Incharge of Primary Wing Parvinder kour.
The aim of the competition was to aware the students about the importance of this festival . Shree Krishna Janmashtami is a colourful festival across the country to commemorate the birth of Lord Krishna who stands as a symbol of truth, courage, wisdom and spirituality. The festival falls on the “Eighth Day (Ashtami)” of Krishna Paksha . |
