Jammu, Aug 13: Col. J.S. Kataria, Commanding Officer of 2 J&K NCC Bn. visited GDC Khour today on 13-08-2020 to interact with the ANO and NCC Cadets. Principal of the College, Prof. Hans Raj alongwith ANO and staff of the college welcomed Col. J.S. Kataria. He visited the NCC room and interacted with ANO Prof. Arun Sharma, who apprised him about the various activities being carried out by NCC unit of the college. He also interacted with cadets and makes them aware about various NCC camps and job opportunities in defence and its scope in other services. During his visit, he planted a tree sapling in the college premises.
While interacting with the Principal of the College, he appreciated the NCC activities carried out in the institution and requested to resume the NCC activities as and when class-work starts.
