PHE Employees stages protest, demand regularization of daily wagers

Jammu, Sept 7: The activists of PHE Employees United Front hold demonstration against the JK UT Govt. and the PHE administration which has miserably failed to solve the long pending regularization issue of Daily Wagers and to arrange the month wise for all sorts Of PHE Daily Wagers. The similar demonstrations have been held at all the PHE offices in Jammu Division today. The enjoyed and angry workers shouted anti-administration slogans which has adopted delaying tactics for the last so many years to settle the even principally agreed issues if the workers, the workers have also shown discontentment on the working of present who has no time to solve the grievances of both daily wagers and permanent employees even which are in his competency, the personal G.P. Fund and other employees affairs are not being settled on time.
The senior leaders of the Front addressing to the employees at Demonstration venue have alleged that workers have given their valuable time of their life to the department and still struggling for their live hood because they are being deprived of genuine salary which can meet up the required months of their families. Only assures have been given to our daily wagers from all the previous and present Govts. and nothing has been done since date to solve the regularization issue of the workers. They appealed to Sh. Manoj Sinha LG of UT Jammu Kashmir to intervene personally so that the regularization issue of the daily wagers be solved without any further delay. They also demand all backlog wages and conducting of DPC meetings on time also.
The leaders of the Front finally warned the JK UT Govt. that if the genuine issues of the workers and not solved by 22nd of September, 2020 that all the PHE workers will be forced to observe the KAAM CHHOR HARTAL for which JK UT Govt. will be held responsible for the consequences.
The prominent leaders who have addressed the gathering also namely Mr. Bakshi Singh, Subash Verma, Ram Lohaya, Balbhadar Raj, Kartar Chand, Kulbushan Singh, Bhanu Partap Singh, Ravi Hans, Hoshiyar Singh, Naresh Kumar, Jyoti Kumar, Binkel Manhas, Razjinder Singh Taj, Navdeep Singh, Mittul Sharma, Rakesh Kumar (Sittlee), Mohan Lal, S. Kulwant Singh etc.
