| Congress welcomes LG visit to temple, hopes actions | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 7: Congress has welcomed the visit of Lt Governor Manoj Sinha to the historic panchbakhtar temple in the wake of land row controversy and hoped that appropriate actions as desired and demanded the situation, would follow. Reacting to the developments in the controversy, JKPCC Chief Spokesperson Ravinder Sharma said that Lt Governor should ensure that due actions are taken in the matter and fix the responsibilities of those behind the illegal move of crores of rupees project of commercial complex, especially in the wake of letter of D C Jammu reflecting serious deliberate lapses in the matter. .
He referred to letter of deputy commissioner Jammu today to the VC JDA seeking explanations on various counts especially the floating of tenders two days before the agenda of parking project was discussed in board of Jammu smart city Ltd under Div com Jammu wherein it was not revealed that tenders have already been floated. As to how the NHIDCL has invited tenders. |
